The activity splits into two directions:
Production Theatre performances for children, video production for publishing and for TV,
recreational and interactive structures for art and TV educational paths.
Pedagogy and education
Lecture, theatre, poetry seminars and classes, labs about video recording, television
and the art of great artists.
In 1983, the group turns into a society named Clac.
As to theatre for children, from 1983 to 1998 Claudio Cavalli projects, writes
and realizes 9 representations with over 3.000 performances throughout Italy.
Among them, "Incanto di un vecchio pianoforte", created for the Teatro alla Scala;
"Non svegliate il fantasma" performed in 35 Italian sites and realized for Mondadori Ragazzi. The last productions aim to combine in a single creation all the experiences
made in edutainment field (from TV format to recreational path in Breragioca), looking for
a new kind of interactive show.
As to professional training, Lucietta Godi directs the school of theatre and drama review
for children in Arcore: she also coordinates drama experiments with primary and secondary schools,
directs labs and training courses for teachers and specialists, in cooperation with public
offices, schools and libraries.
As to television, from 1989 to 1995 Clac cooperates with RAI1
and RAI2 for "L'albero Azzurro", a daily broadcast for children where Claudio Cavalli
is not only one of the authors and creators, but also broadcaster of lectures
and story teller; yet, he realized 3 home video series edited by RAI and San Paolo
publishing (Clac takes part to the recording with child and adult actors, scenes, set preparation).
In 1996, Clac begins a series of educational labs for children about "Making TV at school":
Leila Cavalli directs the whole project, where children and teachers can experience the practical
aspects of a TV production. In 1998 this project develops and turns into Occhioincamera, interactive exhibition for TV basics.
From 1996 to 1998, Clac directs "Videofest", a national video contest for children and schools,
an opportunity to play with TV thanks to a TV set fitted for the occasion.
In 1998, Clac sets the stage for a TV center for children and schools in Udine, directing the
whole production and the professional training.
In 1999, Clas realizes and draft the texts of "Gluglu" and "Multiclub", two programs for the
thematic satellite channel RAISAT2.
In 2000, Clac sets the second TV Center for children and schools in Cologno Monzese, close to Milan.
As to Art, in 1995 Clac creates Breragioca, educational-recreational path with
more than 100 original games about the European masterpieces exhibited in
Brera Art Gallery. In 1996, the project becomes a permanent part of the Art Gallery,
and it gains in popularity among schools in Milan and provinces, Bergamo and Pavia,
involving every year more than 2000 children.
In 1997, Breragioca also develops into an itinerant show called "Playing with masterpieces".
From 1998, Breragioca also involves kids from 3 to 6 years with specific circuits.
In 1998, Clac proposes and organizes Arteingioco, international event about art, children
and schools.
Claudio Cavalli was awarded "Premio Alice" for his commitment in the educational
and recreational field.
